Connie Denicolo Whetstone January 5, 1920 -May 1, 2023 Connie was born January 5, 1920 to Thomas and Angeline Denicolo in Philadelphia, PA. She was the oldest of 11 children. During WWII Connie met the love of her life, Earl Whetstone, a Navy man. They were wed August 17, 1941. One year and three days later their only child, Georgeann, was born. They remained happily married for 52 years. In 1972 Connie and Earl followed their daughter and her family to Lake Havasu City, AZ leaving behind the immediate family that she loved so dearly. Connie was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and daughter always offering help in whatever way needed to any and all that she loved, never thinking of herself. There was nothing more important to Connie than God and her family. She always believed in second chances and was one of the most forgiving people around. She was kind and left an indelible mark on all who knew her and everyone that met her. Connie is survived by her daughter, Georgeann Worcester (Bob), granddaughters Michelle Adduci (Christopher) and Dawn Marie Worcester, great grandchildren Ryan and Alexa Adduci, Jordan Worcester and Makailyn Hedding and great-great granddaughter Alice Hedding. Sisters Anna Lyons, Mary Gluch, Angie Plumley, Pam Stuhl as well as 25 nieces and nephews. Connie is preceded in death by her husband, Earl F Whetstone. Brothers John, Peter, Gene, Dominic "Sonny," and Tom Jr Denicolo. Sister Antonette "Toni" (Denicolo) Cormier. Parents Thomas and Angeline (Loglisci) Denicolo. "Heavenly Father hold my dear mother safe in your arms. Heaven is where dad, Mommy and Poppy, your brothers and sister, and your lifelong friend, Celie are. I know they'll rejoice in seeing you. Rest in Peace Mom." ~Georgeann~
