ROSE MARIE VAN MATRE Rose Marie Van Matre passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born May 18, 1925 in Abie, Nebraska to Anton and Rose (Svoboda) Vanis. Rose Marie retired in Phoenix, AZ, 25 years ago with her husband, of 56 years, Jack Sr. and 7 years ago she made Lake Havasu City, AZ her residence. She is survived by her son, Jack and his wife Judy of Lake Havasu City, AZ; 3 grandchildren, Kerry, James and Shani and her husband, Jason Bruce of Lake Elsinore, California and one great-grandson, Dakota Bruce also of Lake Elsinore. A private service will be held at a later date in David City, Nebraska.
