Born on April 8, 1988, in San Luis Obispo, CA, Rhys was a dedicated Medical Technician, devoted father, loving son, and brother. Known for his love of fishing, he spent many peaceful hours casting a line, often joined by friends and family who shared his passion. Rhys is survived by his parents, Bill and Mary Williams; his son, Peyton Williams; his brother, Christopher Williams; and his sister, Kindred Williams. His family will remember him as a hardworking, dedicated individual and a caring father. Rhys lived in Golden Valley touching lives with his kindness and generosity during his time there.
