Diane Hoggins, a loving beacon of faith, family, and compassion, was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on January 24, 2026. Born on May 26, 1942, Diane spent her lifetime dedicating herself to the well-being and happiness of others. Her loyal and thoughtful nature was always evident in her actions, whether she was creating a warm and welcoming home, cooking a delicious meal, or serving her community as a dedicated nurse at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the heart and soul of her family, a beloved wife, a treasured mother, and a doting grandmother and great-grandmother. Her spirit was born of the Baptist faith, reflected in her favorite verse, Matthew 25:40, "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'"
Diane's passion for life was infectious. She was an avid Cardinals football fan and enjoyed a good shopping trip. She cherished the simple pleasures of life like camping with her family and friends, a testament to her love for the great outdoors. Diane was also known for her involvement with The Eagles Club and her leadership role in her children's 4-H group – always finding joy in nurturing and inspiring those around her. Her hardworking nature was not only reflected in her professional life as a nurse, where she delivered and baptized babies, but also in the way she lovingly cared for her family and anyone who crossed her path.
Diane is survived by her children Dawn Harrington, Brian Harrington, Carrie Harrington, Jody Curtis and Frank Marshall, as well as; her 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren who were the apple of her eye. She was preceded in death by her husbands Roger Harrington and Harold Hoggins, and her parents, Frank and Virginia Marshall, and her son Sonny Hoggins and her sister Patti Rust.
