Arthur is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Virginia Arellano, and his brother Robert Patrick. Arthur is survived by his loving partner Carolyn Dunton. He is also survived by his sons; Arthur Roger, Jeffrey Conant, Eric Paul, Marc Avila, Guy Louis, and Ronald Tevis; sisters Gloria Farley and Christina Melendez, 20 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
